Please note that all timelines mentioned below are calculated based on Business Days (Monday through Friday, excluding official federal holidays in the United States and Australia).

  • Transit & Delivery Time: 7–13 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This represents the absolute physical transit duration from our logistical sorting facilities to your final designated shipping address in the United States.

3. Shipment Tracking and Transparency

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do support deliveries to standard P.O. Boxes and Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). However, please note that transit times to military addresses may occasionally exceed the standard 7-13 business days timeline due to military postal handling systems.

5. Address Corrections and Order Modifications

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate, completely formatted delivery address. To protect against transit errors, please verify your details carefully at checkout. Once an item has been processed and handed over to the courier, we are legally unable to intercept or alter the shipping destination.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost Parcels: If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 5 consecutive business days past the expected transit window, please contact our support team. We will open an official inquiry with the carrier and, if deemed lost, issue a full refund or direct replacement at no cost to you.
